Attendees will also enjoy a curated selection of complementary cheeses\, fruits\, a fresh spring salad\, and butter\, enhancing the tasting experience.\nTom Campbell has been a culinary professional for over 25 years. His experience is in wholesale and retail bakery production management. He specializes in classes\, demos\, and troubleshooting. Tom currently teaches Culinary Arts at Kewanee High School.
