Prior to becoming the Clerk\, she served as a Peoria County Board Member for 9 years\, Peoria Public School Board Member\, and was the Economic Development Director for the City of Chillicothe. \nShe is a small business owner of Sweet Cakes by Rachael. With her previous involvements on various boards\, she understands the connection between government\, business and education. As Clerk\, Rachael wants to converse with Peoria County residents and acquaint them to the multiple services provided by her office. Through this interaction\, she can then determine the possibilities of making a portion of those services mobile. \nCome join Rachael for “Cupcakes & Conversation with the Clerk”
