SUMMARY:Yoga with Kittens
DESCRIPTION:Reduce your stress and boost your joy with yoga and kittens on Saturday\, November 2 from 1:00-2:00 in the Library’s Activity Room. Enjoy an all-level yoga session led by experienced instructor\, Nancy Shallenberger\, while adoptable kittens from SAMS Rescue play around (and maybe on) you! \nThis is a free program. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat\, if possible.  A limited number of yoga mats are available at the library. \nSAMS volunteers will have paper adoption applications available in case you fall in love with a furry yoga buddy during the session. Unless you already have an application on file with SAMS\, you will not be able to take a kitten home same day.
