Peoria County Clerk Rachael Parker was appointed in 2019 & elected in 2020 to become our County Clerk. Prior to becoming the Clerk, she served as a Peoria County Board Member for 9 years, Peoria Public School Board Member, and was the Economic Development Director for the City of Chillicothe.

She is a small business owner of Sweet Cakes by Rachael. With her previous involvements on various boards, she understands the connection between government, business and education. As Clerk, Rachael wants to converse with Peoria County residents and acquaint them to the multiple services provided by her office. Through this interaction, she can then determine the possibilities of making a portion of those services mobile.
