RECYCLING

The Brimfield Public Library District sponsors two community recycling dumpsters. One is located in the alley behind the library and the other is located next to Brimfield Fire Station #2 in Kickapoo, Edwards. A list of accepted materials can be found on Eagle Enterprises website.

Bring your used K-Cup pods to the library for recycling. The recycling container is located beside our coffee bar. K-Cups do not need to be washed or emptied. Recycled K-Cups are sent to Grounds to Grow On.

Although our recycling dumpsters no longer accept plastic bags, don’t throw yours away! Bring your clean, dry produce bags, store bags, ice bags, ziploc & other reclosable bags, cereal box liners, case overwrap, bread bags, newspaper sleeves, dry cleaning bags, bubble wrap, plastic ecommerce mailers, and plastic films labeled with #2 or #4 to the recycling bin immediately inside the Library’s front doors.
