STUDY & MEETING SPACES

Our building is full of great spaces for studying, meeting, and gathering.

Unless reserved, rooms are available on a first-come-first served basis. To make a reservation, call 309-446-9575 or fill out our online form. By using the library’s spaces, visitors agree to comply with all applicable policies.

Study Rooms

Two study rooms are available for use by patrons during Library business hours.
Maximum occupancy: 3 people

Meeting Room

One meeting room is available for use by patrons during library business hours.
Maximum occupancy: 10 people

Maker Space

Create, play, and learn in the library’s Maker Space. The Maker Space is available for use by patrons during library business hours and by approved groups outside of visiting hours.
Maximum occupancy: 30 people

The Maker Space is open to patrons 12 and above. Children ages 11 and under may use the Maker Space with an adult caregiver. Families must work on projects together. Equipment and resources are provided on a first come, first served basis.

Activity Room

The Activity Room is available for use by Brimfield Public Library District residents both during and outside of business hours. A $50.00 fee is required to reserve the Activity Room.
Maximum occupancy: 200 people

What room are you reserving?

The Activity Room requires an agreement form to be filled out and signed in person. A $50 donation fee is required to reserve the Activity Room.
