If you live in the Brimfield School District, you are eligible for a Brimfield Public Library card. To sign up for a library card, bring an ID and a piece of mail with your name and current address to the Circulation Desk. Don’t have time to come to the library to register for a card? Fill out our online Registration and Renewal form below, and we will be in touch with a provisional digital card. You will need to show two forms of ID either in-person or via email to receive a long-term card. Acceptable forms of ID include:

Photo ID

  • State Identification Card
  • Passport

Proof of Residency

  • Mortgage or Lease
  • Phone or Utility Bill
  • Check Book
  • Bank Statement
  • Vehicle Registration
  • Paycheck Stub
