ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

Access and manage your account online with your ten digit library card number and password.

To reset your password:

• Click My Account on the RSAcat home page.
• Select Forgot PIN at the bottom of the pop up box.
  
• A link will be sent to the personal email address listed on your account. Follow the link to reset your password.

To reset by phone, call 309-446-9575. A staff member will be able to give you a temporary pin that you can modify once you are logged in to your RSAcat account.

Use the RSAcat Mobile app to manage your account, search the catalog, renew checkouts, place holds, find nearby libraries, display your card’s barcode for check outs, and more.
