-Peoria County Clerk Rachael Parker’s Clerking on the Move Mobile Unit allows residents to obtain certified copies of vital records without making a trip to the Peoria County Courthouse. (Vital records include birth certificates, marriage certificates, and death certificates.)
FEES FOR VITAL RECORDS (Effective February 1, 2026)
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE – $20.00
- ADDITIONAL COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE – $9.00
- MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE – $20.00
- ADDITIONAL COPY OF MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE – $9.00
- DEATH CERTIFICATE – $24.00
- ADDITIONAL COPY OF DEATH CERTIFICATE – $13.00
- ARMED SERVICES DEATH CERTIFICATE – NO CHARGE
- ADDITIONAL COPY OF ARMED SERVICES DEATH CERTIFICATE – $6.00
Note: This event will happen simultaneously in the Activity Room with the free vision screenings provided by Illinois Eye Center.
