Deborah Rushing-Glenn is a native of Elmwood, IL. After high school, Deborah completed her degree in Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She later received her degree in Mortuary Science at Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg, IL. She has managed Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Elmwood since 2014.
